Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Orders over $100 will be eligible for free shipping.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed within Canada will take 2-3 business days to arrive. Orders shipping to the US can take between 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders can take up to 12 business days to arrive.

Will sim racing gear make me faster?
Sim racing gear, such as professional gloves and socks could improve your lap times, but skill level ultimately dictates pace. Similar to real Motorsport, these performance aids provide added grip, comfort, and control for consistent lap times especially during endurance events.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are payments on Outlap Shop secure?
Outlap is fully PPI compliant and utilize Shopify Payments and PayPal payment networks, ensuring the latest security technology safeguards your information. To further enhance your safety, we verify that the billing address you provide matches the one registered with your credit card company.
Why do orders within Canada charge tax?
Outlap is managed and operated within Canada, and as such, orders shipped within Canada are subject to tax collection as required by the Canada Revenue Agency. Tax amounts are determined based on the applicable tax laws for the shipping location. An estimated tax will be applied during checkout, with slight variations possible due to different tax rates. The final tax amount will be confirmed in the shipping confirmation email.
Can I make changes to my order?
Your order typically ships within 12 hours of being placed, allowing you to make changes if you contact us before it ships. Once shipped, no further changes can be made.
